Gallagher-owned insurance broker, Rossborough Insurance has appointed Stephen Rafferty as Business Development Executive.
Stephen brings over 40 years of experience in global financial services, having worked in Northern Ireland, the UK, Isle of Man, and Jersey across his career as well as having business links with Guernsey, Switzerland and the Middle East.
Having previously worked for major national and international banks and financial organisations including Standard Chartered Bank, Investec Private Bank, LGT Vestra, Bank Leumi and AIB Bank, Stephen’s all-around knowledge and expertise of the industry puts Rossborough in a prime position to deliver best-in-class solutions for its clients.
During his career, Stephen has been responsible for business and client development, strategic planning with key partners, wealth management and credit services across a range of financial sectors and jurisdictions.
In his role as Business Development Executive, he will be responsible for growing Rossborough’s risk management and insurance offering for Family Office clients. Stephen’s experience as a trusted advisor across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man will support Rossborough’s ambitious growth plans.
Alongside supporting with business growth, Stephen has a keen interest in marketing, sports and events and will be bringing his experience and relationships in these areas to the role. He also firmly believes in supporting junior members of staff and will act as a mentor to a handful of members of the Rossborough team.
