The annual Brick Foundation Golf Day recently took place at Les Mielles Golf Club.
With a total of 28 competitors playing and competing for the overall prize, the eventual winners were a team from Ross Gower Associates
This year the event raised £2,770 that will go towards completing a community project later in the year during Jersey Construction Week.
The event was sponsored by Normans; Ross Gower Associates; BCR Law and Tillyard.
Steve Jewell of the Brick Foundation charity said: “The JeCC is delighted to announce that our Charity project chosen for this year will be the Methodist Centre in Halkett Place. Having looked at the facilities at the Methodist Centre, the Brick Foundation sub-committee has confirmed that they will assist in a fit-out of the café & community area.
“We are delighted that after the generous support of those participating at the golf day and other fund-raising events, we are in a great position to carry out this much needed refurbishment.”
