Resolution IT has made three senior appointments, including one to the Board, as the company continues to expand and strengthen the services it offers.
James Kelsh, Head of Information Security, has been made Director, becoming the fifth member to join the Board. John-Paul Wakeford is now Head of Service Delivery and Dan Brown has been promoted to Head of Professional Services.
James Kelsh said: “Information security plays such an integral role in the IT services we provide to our clients, so it is vital this area has board representation. I’m thrilled to be joining the Board as Director of Information Security and look forward to bolstering our ever-expanding cyber security offering.”
John-Paul Wakeford said: “Our Managed Services team is focussed on providing the very best in class support and service to our clients, as part of a fixed price managed IT offering and I’m really pleased to be heading up such a strong team. By using advanced monitoring and maintenance tools,
along with automation of scheduled support tasks, our constant goal is to keep our clients working securely and efficiently at all times.”
As Head of Professional Services, Dan will be leading the Infrastructure, Network and Cloud Solutions Professional Services teams to deliver high quality projects across Resolution IT’s client base. A large part of his time will be spent delivering IT roadmaps and holding discussions with clients about how specific IT solutions can help them.
