Continued expansion has seen Resolution IT reach the milestone of over 50 staff.
Steve Brehaut, Managing Director said: “Over the last 12 months alone we have increased the team by more than a dozen, with appointments across all departments, including our Service Desk, Client Services, Business Support and Professional Services.
“However, like many businesses here, we are faced with a finite pool of potential new staff, especially those who we feel will be the right fit. We’ve welcomed a range of people to the team, from those who are just starting out in their careers, to others with many years’ experience in IT, as well as people from other sectors but with excellent transferable soft skills. Having the right staff is crucial to achieving our vision of enabling every business to succeed and continuously evolve through innovation.”
Simon Le Pelly, Resolution IT’s HR & Employee Experience Manager added: “We’re operating in an extremely competitive job market for both experienced professionals and those entering the workplace for the first time.
“We’ve worked hard to be seen as a local employer of choice and remain committed to maintaining our culture which has made working for Resolution IT so attractive and enjoyable. Indeed, we’ve just made offers to two work experience students who were with us earlier this year and are delighted they will be joining us this summer when they finish their studies.
“As well as the team growing, we are really proud that over the last year we have seen a number of employees awarded with promotions, with a huge amount of time being spent by our team, studying towards a diverse range of qualifications. Staff retention is a huge focus for us as we want to maintain the strong team we have built. We’re therefore placing a large emphasis on developing our staff, delivering flexible working as standard, rewarding our staff to share our success and delivering on our first health and well-being strategy.”
