Video production agency Reel Creative is excited to announce the launch of a new collaborative co-working space for Jersey’s creative freelancers in Britannia Place, St Helier.
Reel Space is a dynamic new centre for like-minded creatives with broad industry experience to network, exchange ideas, share their skills and resources, and collaborate on projects that benefit the Island’s economy.
The newly refurbished workspace offers freelancers and small business owners a cost-effective 24/7 base which includes a dedicated permanent desk, gigabit internet, kitchen facilities, a break-out area, and private meeting rooms for client catch-ups and ideation sessions.
Phil Slatter, Founder & Director at Reel Creative said: “Jersey has a wealth of freelance creative talent but remote working culture has made it harder to find opportunities to encounter other creatives and cross-pollinate ideas in our daily working lives. At Reel Creative we believe in unplugging the headphones and stepping outside of the virtual world to embrace the power of collaboration in real world spaces because we know the huge impact it can have on our client projects.
“The Reel Space will facilitate exciting collabs between talented people who creatively inspire each other and enhance each other’s work. Creatives need other creatives and we can’t wait to see the brilliant, innovative work that comes from these connections.”
As well as the new co-working office, Reel Creative has expanded its capabilities with a new video production studio for social media content creators, thought leadership videos, podcasts and product shoots. The opening of their second commercial studio is part of Reel Creative’s expansion plans to service a growing market for highly effective, quality video content.
