Real Property announces Chris Marsh, Gavin Bartlett, Leanne Kirkland and Simon Gale have all been made Directors and Heads of Department.
Chris Marsh, now Director and Head of Department of Voisin-Hunter Limited, joined the business in 2005 as a Property Manager and rose to senior management in 2010, heading up the Residential Management team. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, working for the local government and the finance industry. Chris has numerous diplomas in Estate Management and passed as an Associate Member of the RICS.
Gavin Bartlett, now a Director and Head of Department of MDW Limited, joined the business in 2019 as a Senior Building Surveyor, before quickly rising to senior management level in 2020, heading up the Building Surveying team. Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked in both the private and public sector providing a full range of building surveying, project management and asset management services to UK and local Clients. Gavin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Leanne Kirkland becomes Director and Head of Department of Maillard’s Estates Limited, Leanne joined the business in 2017 as a New Homes Sales Negotiator and quickly rose to manager level in 2019 heading up the Maillard’s Estates Team. Leanne has over eight years’ experience in the industry and before joining Real Property worked for a large UK based estate agent. Leanne has a degree in Accounting and Finance and is also a fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
Simon Gale, now a Director and Head of Department of Buckley & Company, joined the business in 2012 as a Property Manager and quickly rose to senior management level in 2014, heading up the Commercial Management team. In 2019, Simon moved across to join the agency team at Buckley & Company. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked for an international private development company in Jersey, and in the UK for several national surveying and estate agency practices. Simon has a law degree and has undertaken distance learning with the College of Estate Management.
