Praxis Group has launched a range of solutions in the company secretarial space.
The independent TISE-listed financial services Group has strategically positioned itself to build out its corporate administration services pillar with an increased range of solutions and value-add services. With an initial focus on an enhanced global company secretarial (CoSec) provision, the Group is rolling out two off-the-shelf solutions: CoSec LITE, which provides essential compliance and governance support and is ideal for businesses looking for assistance in meeting their statutory obligations; and CoSec Classic, which delivers a broader range of services to companies and structures requiring a higher level of support.
The service is delivered via integrated board and entity management software solution, Diligent, supported by Praxis’ global team of Chartered Governance Institute-qualified professionals who work with international businesses, HNWIs, family offices, funds, law firms and other professional advisers to provide expert assistance.
The new services are being led by Praxis’ Ava Fairclough, who has over 15 years of experience in the corporate services sector, and supported by a team including Jake Le Brocq (pictured), Associate Director of Praxis in Jersey.
Jake explained that the new packages are a response to market demand and a logical addition to the Group’s established corporate services division, which supports companies through the entire life cycle from incorporation to expansions, restructurings and closure.
“Combining secure, market-leading software with our extensive CoSec team’s knowledge and on-the-ground expertise across our global network, provides businesses with efficient and effective CoSec solutions as they scale up,’ he said.
“We have been providing company secretarial support to our clients for many years and there is a growing appetite for transparent and efficient solutions in terms of pricing and delivery. Formalising our offering into CoSec LITE and CoSec Classic makes our services even more accessible while also leaving scope for the more bespoke approach that some of our clients require.”
