Global private wealth and corporate services group Praxis has appointed HR practitioner Grace Eames in the newly developed role of Group Head of People.
Grace (pictured) will have a remit to transform the business’ talent acquisition and retention strategies and position the firm for the next phase of growth.
Based in the Isle of Man office, Grace joins Praxis with more than 25 years’ experience in human resources. She has held several senior operations roles, each with a focus on positively impacting organisational performance through leadership, including working as a Global HR Director in a range of industries and as the Executive Head of HR at a private bank.
Throughout her career, Grace has successfully managed and implemented complex human resources programmes and learning and development projects. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and holds an MSc in Strategic HR and Development.
In addition to leading the Global HR team and strategy, Grace will introduce a new Group-wide team rewards programme that recognises and celebrates employees who go above and beyond in their contribution to the business.
