Praxis has made two executive level appointments as it continues to evolve to meet the needs of its expanding client base.
Having joined the global financial services group in August last year, Colin Vaudin (pictured) has since been appointed Chief of Staff. Responsible for driving Praxis’ growth and transformation strategy, Colin oversees the implementation of key initiatives that will help to improve efficiency, support revenue growth, and ensuring all the Group’s activities are aligned and coherent. Reporting directly to the CEO, Colin is a member of Praxis’ Executive Committee and retains his previous role of Group Data Protection and Information Governance lead.
In his new role, Colin will draw upon his career experience working across the private, public and defence sectors in roles as diverse as strategic business development, government chief information officer, and strategy lead for the Ministry of Defence. In testament to his leadership, Colin was awarded a Queen’s Commendation for Valuable Service for commanding his regiment on operations in Afghanistan in 2013.
Joining Colin in the Guernsey office is new Group Head of Marketing and Communications Charlotte Barnes. With more than two decades’ experience in the marketing industry, Charlotte is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and communications strategy moving forward, enhancing the Group’s position as a leader in the provision of high-quality administration services. Prior to joining Praxis, Charlotte held the role of Head of Brand and Marketing Communications at offshore law firm Carey Olsen.
Rob Fearis, CEO of Praxis, said: “We’re very pleased to have two exceptionally experienced individuals join our leadership team to drive change for the business and our clients. Their career history and achievements show the calibre of these individuals, and I am confident they are the ideal candidates to lead our efforts in these critical areas and help take the Group to the next level.”
