She is an experienced Non-Executive Director and has held directorships across a portfolio of regulated and unregulated investment management structures including private equity, debt, real estate, long/short equities, and systematic trading.
Garrett Breen, Head of Global Funds commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Mary to Ocorian to fulfil this highly strategic role. We have a sizeable book of funds clients across our Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man offices and Mary’s experience of working on multiple asset management projects across jurisdictions is perfect for this role.
“These three locations are going to be key as we continue to grow our Global Funds business and Mary’s strategic mindset and depth of understanding within the funds sector will enhance both our service offering and delivery.”
On her appointment, Mary added, “This is an exciting time to join Ocorian as it continues to build momentum and grow its global client base of private capital fund managers. Together with the excellent local teams in Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man we will work closely with clients to define their specific requirements and build bespoke, pragmatic, and market-leading administration solutions.”
