Oak Group has announced the appointment of Nicole Barnes as Senior Manager within its growing Company Secretarial team.
Nicole Barnes (pictured) joins Oak Group with over two decades of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial services. Her distinguished career and in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and board advisory make her a valuable asset as Oak continues to expand its governance offering.
Nicole joins Oak’s expanding team during a pivotal period of growth, marked by the recent transition to private ownership under Opera, backed by entrepreneur and investor Stephen Lansdown.
In the last year, Oak was appointed as Fund Administrator for both existing and new mandates, including the transfer of a leading FTSE 250 London-listed investment company.
James Tracey, Managing Director of Guernsey Funds commented: “Oak’s governance team plays a crucial role in helping our clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
“Nicole’s appointment is a testament to our ongoing investment in talent and our dedication to delivering the highest standards of governance. Her expertise will enhance the guidance we offer and further strengthen the support we provide to our clients.”
