Gavin Wilkins has been appointed as Head of Corporate and Fund Services at Oak in Jersey.
Mr Wilkins will be responsible for the strategic development of Oak’s corporate and fund administration services in the island. He will have a key role in expanding Oak’s international reach in addition to further strengthening the company’s position in existing markets.
Oak Jersey’s Managing Director Nicola Gott said: “Oak’s focus is on clients and the long-lasting relationships we build with them. Gavin’s appointment will enhance our corporate and funds services business in Jersey which provides trusted and expert financial solutions to our clients and intermediaries worldwide. We’re very pleased to welcome him to Oak.”
Mr Wilkins has extensive experience across a range of asset classes, private and regulated investment structures, public and private companies, capital markets, cross border M&A and emerging and developing markets.
He also has significant international experience including Asia, the Middle East and Africa and has assisted clients with IPOs and transactions on the London Stock Exchange, AIM, NEX and Euronext.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and he holds a first class honours degree in accountancy and finance from the University of Glasgow.
