International funds, private client and corporate service provider, Oak Group, has promoted 11% of colleagues across its offices.
An impressive 11% of colleagues have earned promotions or advancements in their current roles, reflecting Oak’s commitment to professional development and acknowledgment of exceptional performance.
This latest round of promotions follows the announcement of three senior appointments earlier this year in Oak’s Channel Island offices.

Oak’s Guernsey Trust team has seen the promotion of two Senior Managers, Michael Le Page and Daniel Savident. Michael and Daniel joined Oak in 2016 and 2022, respectively, and have a vast amount of experience as Private Wealth Managers for high-net-worth individuals.
Michael and Daniel have demonstrated strong leadership skills and embody Oak’ client-centric values.
Gemma Tibbs and Sophie Maindonald have been promoted to Senior Administrator, Lucy Hamilton to Administrator and Cailen Johnson, Assistant Accountant. Rebecca Gill enhances her expertise in her current role as Financial Controller.
Nawreen Toraubally and Chloe Aldridge have been promoted to Senior Administrator and Administrator respectively within Company Secretarial, Fund Administration.
Shauna Gallienne becomes Manager, People & Culture and Gina Brehaut becomes Office Coordinator. Shauna holds many years of experience in human resources and recruitment in both Guernsey and the UK. Since joining Oak in 2021, she has been a catalyst for change, being involved in projects having a direct impact on colleagues such as wellbeing, teambuilding and charity involvement across the group.
In the Isle of Man, Alyson Craig has been appointed Compliance Analyst and Diane Crossley has progressed in her dual role as Internal Accountant and HR Assistant.
Chris Clarke has progressed in his role as Head of Compliance, Jersey. Chris joined Oak in 2018 and with his 19 years compliance experience, also acts as Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO.
Mandy McCready is now Manager in the Jersey Trust & Corporate team.
Hans Ray Boodhoo Goordeen and Aatish Bhoyroo become Manager and Team Leader respectively in the File Reviews team in Mauritius, while Mangesh Ramjutton becomes Senior Manager in Compliance.
Since joining Oak in 2019, Hans has held the position of Review Officer and Deputy MLRO and currently oversees the review function for Mauritius, Guernsey and Jersey offices. Hans holds a strong academic background with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Mangesh joined Oak in 2022 and holds more than 12 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, with extensive knowledge of private wealth and international clients.
They are joined by Akhtar Hingun, now Senior Statutory Compliance Analyst, Madisson Rene as Senior Analyst in Wealth Monitoring, Zainab Bankur as Senior Compliance Analyst, Avanish Boykunt as Senior Accountant as well as Selvani Chinnapen and Ishfaaq Hosany both becoming Accountants.
