Oliver de la Fosse has been appointed as corporate finance manager at Oak in Guernsey.
Mr de la Fosse will be responsible for implementing deal due diligence processes and group integration. He will have a key role working closely with the senior team to support Oak’s growth plans.
Mr de la Fosse is a chartered accountant and has extensive experience in accountancy, advisory, operational services and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Oak Mr de la Fosse worked for PwC for eleven years in audit roles and in their advisory and consulting practice. Before this he attended drama school and won acting roles with the BBC in the early 2000s.
