Oak Group has announced a series of senior internal promotions to help drive the significant growth and development plans of the business.
Catherine Pigeon, Oak’s Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Oak Group. Catherine has played a critical role in developing the group risk and compliance framework and her appointment to the Board recognises this.
Nicola Gott (shown in the main picture) becomes Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and has been tasked with driving the sales and marketing strategy across the group. Nicola will also take the lead with the development, promotion and delivery of Oak’s sustainability strategy. Nicola retains her role as Oak Jersey’s Managing Director.
John Doublard is being promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The technology team across the Group will now report to John and he will be responsible for driving a major technology transformation project across the Group.
