Deloitte Guernsey has promoted nine team members. The promotions reflect significant career milestones and the firm’s approach to merit, rather than time-based career development.
Adam Hart has been promoted from Senior Manager to Associate Director in the corporate tax team. In the audit and assurance team, Sami Al Shaar and Stanley Napwanga have been promoted to Manager and Belal Al Bonni has attained the level of Senior Manager.
A further five people in Guernsey have been promoted to Assistant Manager across three stages of that role. They are Cailtin Grupping, Beth Allan, Oblie Botchway, James Dickinson and Viviane Kemgne. These promotions recognise the opportunities for growth and development in the Channel Islands and highlight Deloitte’s exceptional training programmes.
