ALX Training, part of BDO in Jersey, has expanded their Microsoft 365 and Digital Skills offerings by appointing Steven Emberson as a Software and Process Adoption Manager.
Steven’s appointment reflects ALX Training’s continued delivery of creative, design-led learning to help private and public sector organisations realise the full potential of their IT investment.
Steven has worked in a cross-section of industries from public health and utilities to the not-for-profit sector, however he has most recently specialised in processes and software for the legal sector. He joins ALX Training from C5 Alliance, also part of BDO Jersey, where he was working as a consultant.
In his new role, Steven will work closely with organisations to maximise their use of existing technology systems, focussing on staff engagement, training, and business processes. Coming from a technical background, with a focus on delivering to customers, Steven can advise on the technical possibilities whilst having a deep understanding of what steps need to be put in place for colleagues to adopt these new ways of working.
Alex Morel, Managing Director of ALX Training, told Channel Eye: ‘We are delighted to announce Steven’s appointment. Steven is key to helping our clients get the very best out of Microsoft 365. His experience with the Power Platform tools, process design, and his knowledge of accessibility perfectly complements what we already offer.
