Hawksford, the provider of corporate, private client and funds services, has bolstered its corporate offering with two new appointments.
Darren Toudic (shown in the main picture), who has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, has been appointed a Director while Sophie Hay has joined as a manager.
Working with the Global Head of Corporate and the wider team, Darren will contribute to Hawksford’s corporate services offering, ensuring the delivery of efficient end-to-end corporate services to Hawksford’s multi-disciplinary and international client base.
Darren joins Hawksford from a director role at Fairway Group, where he was also a director of Emirates NBD Trust Company (Jersey) Limited. Prior to this he held senior roles at Leumi Overseas Trust Corporation for 15 years. Darren holds the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration and STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Darren’s extensive expertise in employee benefit schemes, international listings and governance services for institutional, corporate and family-owned business clients makes for a great addition to Hawksford.

Sophie brings over 20 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, working with clients from a wide range of industries and sectors. Sophie is responsible for a team of three corporate administrators and will manage a portfolio of private trust company structures, commercial and residential real estate holdings as well as employee share schemes.
Sophie joins Hawksford from JTC Group and has previously held roles at Minerva and TMF Group. An Associate of ICSA, Sophie was awarded prizes for best papers in ICSA’s Advanced Trust, Company Law and Administration and Introduction to the Offshore Business Environment.
