Guernsey web design and development agency, Indulge Media, has appointed Matthew Heason and Jonny Spicer to its growing team.
Jonny Spicer joins the Guernsey team as a web developer, having gained experience within the legal, broking and sports betting industries. His passion is within computing, the internet and digital technology.
At Indulge Media he now has responsibility for the development and integration of HTML and CSS templates as well as JavaScript interfaces and applications. He also works on website design and development and web application architecture supporting and evolving client websites and ensuring all sites are GDPR compliant.
As a designer, Matthew Heason is responsible for website designs at both conceptual and final stages as well as branding, analysis of user experience, the production of user interface, content strategy and a myriad of creative and project work across a range of clients in both the UK and the Channel Islands.
Based in Indulge Media’s Oxford studio, Matthew is a Graphic and Media Design graduate and joined the agency having spent the past five years working in different creative environments, developing his skills in branding, web design, typography and print. He has also had experience running creative workshops for some international brands and has delivered animations which have been displayed in London Waterloo.
Matthew said: “I am thoroughly enjoying my new challenge. Among other things it’s great having the creative control over the look and feel of a website and the identity behind it. Often one precedes the other which ultimately affects the outcome, so it’s great to just do something fresh.”
Indulge Media now has a total of nine employees. Managing Director and designer, Russell Isabelle, said: “Matt and Jonny are great assets to the company. Since opening our Oxford office in May 2016 and then expanding our Guernsey team we have won some great projects that really offer up creative challenges for the agency. It is an exciting time for our industry.”
