Network Insurance & Financial Planning was named Best Overall Insurance Provider at the Channel Islands WealthBriefing Awards, and Director and financial adviser Bex Goater won the Female Leadership award.

She said her advice to women looking to move into leadership roles was to embrace their authenticity and not shy away from their strengths.
“As women, we bring a different set of skills—especially in empathy, communication, and relationship-building. These strengths are vital in leadership; particularly in a people-centric fields,” she said.
“Don’t be afraid to speak up, to take risks, and to seek out mentors and relationships who can help you navigate the challenges. Support one another – especially other women – and never underestimate the power of a strong network.”
