NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services Limited (TDS) has appointed a new Head of Customer Services and Operations
Based in Edinburgh, Ken Cowan will be responsible for the client facing teams and operations that support the NatWest TDS division providing market leading and independent depositary services to the UK collective investment scheme industry. Working alongside the senior management team, Ken will be instrumental in managing the seamless integration of a significant transformation digital project across the Bank.
Ken brings to the role extensive experience in change management and business transformation as well as business development and client service. A former Major in the Royal Marines, Kenneth joins NatWest from Morgan Stanley where he worked for over a decade holding a number of senior strategic positions, most recently as European Head of Prime Brokerage Operations. He also held the role of Chief Operations Officer of Morgan Stanley’s Glasgow office for six years.
