Mourant has maintained all of its 25 top tier rankings across key practice areas in all three of the UK’s leading legal directories. The firm was praised by clients as being ‘extremely professional while also being very approachable’ and ‘very collaborative and knowledgeable’.
The rankings are published in three of the world’s most highly regarded legal directories, Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and IFLR1000, and are compiled using feedback from peers and clients, backed up by independent research.
Among the Chambers & Partners rankings, Mourant was the only firm recognised in Band 1 in Guernsey for Offshore Dispute Resolution and Employment. The firm’s Jersey office was ranked Tier 1 in seven separate practice areas in The Legal 500, including for Investment Funds.
In addition to the practice area rankings, 60 individual Mourant lawyers from Guernsey, Jersey and London received praise from clients and peers, and were classed as leaders in their field of practice. Several lawyers were added this year in the ‘up and coming’ category and the guides recognised the firm’s outstanding client service at every level.
