Mourant Managing Partner for Guernsey, Jessica Roland has been announced as Guernsey’s new Deputy Bailiff.
Jessica, who has been with the firm since 1998, will succeed Richard McMahon who was announced as the new Bailiff for Guernsey earlier this year. Both appointments will take effect from May 2020.

Jessica has had a lengthy legal career in Guernsey since graduating from College of Law, York in 1994. She became a Solicitor, England & Wales in 1997, and was admitted as a Guernsey Advocate in 1999. She was appointed a Nosoptary Public in 2006 and is an Accredited mediator. She became a Partner at Mourant in 2005 and has been Managing Partner of the Guernsey office since 2013.
