Law firm-led professional services business, Mourant has appointed a new partner and three new principals in the Channel Islands as part of its mid-year promotions.
Alana Gillies, Counsel in the firm’s Guernsey Corporate practice, has been promoted to partner. In Mourant Governance Services, the firm’s affiliated governance services business, Stephen McGrath, Managing Director, Jersey; Frances Webster (shown in the main picture), Managing Director, Client Accounting; and Thomas Barnes, Managing Director, Guernsey have been appointed as principals.

The firm has also promoted Shane Donovan, Counsel in BVI Litigation, to partner and Aaron Walker, Managing Director, Cayman Islands to principal. This brings the firm’s total number of partners to 61.
