Mourant Ozannes Senior Associate in Guernsey, Chris Duncan, has been named in the 2018 ePrivateClient official Top 35 Under 35 list, which follows hot on the heels of his success in the inaugural Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 list.
The Top 35 Under 35 initiative is designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community.
Chris’ practice includes advising trustees and beneficiaries on a wide range of trust-related matters, including Public Trustee v Cooper and variation of trust applications and international tax disclosures. He has worked with leading counsel in the areas of international tax, trusts, public law and multi-jurisdictional investigations. Alongside International Trusts and Private Client work, Chris has extensive experience in Guernsey commercial litigation, with a focus on contentious trusts and cross-border matters.
Mourant Ozannes Partner, Matthew Guthrie, said: “To be recognised not only among the rising stars in the Channel Islands, but also in the UK, is an impressive achievement and a reflection of Chris’ hard work and dedication to his clients. We’re extremely proud of him for his achievements in his career to date, and to support him in his bright future ahead.”
A celebration for all professionals listed in the Top 35 Under 35 is being held in September in London.
