Channel Island distribution company, Mercury Distribution has added another string to its bow with the acquisition of Jersey Vending Services.
The business will join the Mercury Distribution offering as a going concern with the retention of existing staff and contracts. This latest move will allow Mercury to supply Jersey and Guernsey hospitality, retail, corporate and healthcare sectors with a range of fully serviced vending machines offering hot drinks and snacks as well as
specialty coffee and water solutions.
Commercial Director Joel Richardson commented: “We are thrilled to confirm that Dave Crabtree and the JVS team are now part of the Mercury family, and we will now be able to offer these additional products and services to our customers in Jersey and Guernsey.
