Jersey headquartered management consultancy MasonBreese, has announced the appointment of Gemma Ward as Chief Operating Officer.
Gemma (pictured) joined MasonBreese three years ago and has since played a key role in the growth of the business. In particular, Gemma has implemented processes and procedures aimed at ensuring the organisation stays true to its mission, which focuses on its people, clients, community and overall resilience.
Commenting on the promotion, Chris Nicol, Managing Director shared: “Gemma’s promotion to Chief Operating Officer is a testament to the huge contribution that Gemma makes to both MasonBreese and our clients. Gemma continues to play an integral role as part of our management team and we’re incredibly privileged to have Gemma as part of the MasonBreese leadership team.”
MasonBreese has also announced the promotion of Kelly Neagle from Operations Specialist to Operations Manager. In her new role, Kelly will contribute to the organisation’s strategic agenda, focusing on operational continuous improvement, for the benefit of both MasonBreese’s internal team and clients.
