Ceri will have oversight of the full HR function for the LV Care Group and its operations across Jersey and the Isle of Man. She will utilise her extensive HR expertise to provide guidance and strategic vision ensuring this conforms with the Group’s overarching objective of delivering superior service.
Ceri will also work closely with LV’s Head of Training, Head of Compliance and Line Managers to ensure training development and policies are in line with developmental needs and regulatory requirements. Ceri has a wealth of experience in HR having held several senior positions across a range of sectors, most recently as Head of HR for G4S Secure Solutions where she was responsible for overseeing the Offshore HR Team and HR strategy across Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, supporting the Directors and around 800 employees.
Prior to that Ceri acted as HR Consultant for a local consultancy firm providing comprehensive and professional HR support to a range of clients across different sectors including utilities, retail, digital, care, medical and distribution. Ceri is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
As ambassadors for independence and quality of life, LV Care Group offers premium services including home care, dementia care, mental health and wellbeing care, as well as nursing and residential accommodation. LV Care Group opened its first care home in 2011 and has since grown to include a portfolio of 6 care homes in Jersey (Cheval Roc, Lavender Villa, Le Petit Bosquet, Les Charrieres, St Joseph’s and Rosemary Cottage), 1 home in the Isle of Man (Crovan Court), and LV Pharmacy and LINC Mental Health and Wellbeing Services employing over 400 staff in total across the Group.
