LV Care Group has announced the promotion of Erica Zschaber to Head of LV Home Care.
Originally from Brazil, Erica (pictured) joined LV Care Group in 2019 as a Health Care Assistant. She quickly became a key part of the team delivering high-quality care while acheiving her RQF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Working at St Joseph’s Care Home, Erica was promoted to Senior Health Care Assistant; (Completed RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care) now, as she continues her professional development by undertaking the RQF Level 5 – Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care, she has stepped into a leadership role within the Group.
In her new position, Erica will oversee LV Care Group’s Home Care and Community Services, ensuring that each client receives personalised care tailored to their unique needs.
She will lead a diverse team of over 30 carers, hailing from Jersey, Spain, Cuba and Portugal, all of whom are committed to providing exceptional home care to island residents.
In addition to managing daily operations, Erica will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Clinical Director to drive strategic business initiatives, including expanding the Group’s complex care services. Her role will also involve identifying and developing new opportunities to meet the growing demand for high-quality care within Jersey’s evolving health sector.
