LV Care Group, the locally owned, run and focused provider of premium care services in Jersey and Isle of Man, has promoted Tracey Gentry to the newly formed role of Clinical Director for the Group.
Tracey has an extensive career spanning 25 years in the care sector including managing large care homes in the UK and specialising in residential, dementia, adult learning and disability care.
As Clinical Director, Tracey is responsible for devising strategies and plans for all LV care homes in Jersey and the Isle of Man in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer, whilst also working with the registered home care managers of the Group to ensure compliancy with the Jersey Care Commission standards and the Group’s superior standards of service excellence and growth.
