Local florist Fille à Flleur is opening its doors in St Peter’s village on Friday 31st January.

The shop, located on Rue Des Brehauts, St Peter’s (Guernsey), will be open for its launch weekend on Friday 31st January and Saturday 1st February from 11am to 3pm.

Fille à Flleur started at the end of 2023 and its name comes from the Guernésiais for ‘Flower Girl’. Owner, Lara Lainé, chose the name to reflect her love of her island home.

Lara said: “I’m very excited to welcome customers, old and new, to our new shop. We are now in our second year of business and have had the privilege of working on some beautiful weddings and delivering many bouquets all over the island.

“This is a great step for us to expand our customer base and be more accessible to islanders.”
