The L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa has promoted two of their Front of House team.
Mireia Marti has been promoted to Front Office Manager whilst Victoria Aberle has become Front Office Team Leader at the AA Four Red Star hotel in St Brelade.
Mireia who was born in Spain, joined L’Horizon in December 2020 having previously worked as Guest Experience Assistant at The Savoy in London and prior to that in a senior reception role at The Grand, York.
In her new position, Mireia will oversee all Front Office operations including the team of porters, reception and night staff. She is also involved in recruitment and budgeting.
Victoria who joined L’Horizon just over a year ago, was born in Germany and has six years’ hospitality experience, having worked in both Germany and Basel, Switzerland. She has taken over Mireia’s previous role as Front Office Team Leader and will now be responsible for training the seasonal team and overseeing the daily operations of the team as well as hotel reservations.
