A new food and beverage manager has been appointed at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa.
Tomas Nadassky who has a wealth of experience working in luxury brands has taken on the role at the AA Four Red Star hotel in St Brelade.
Tomas, who was born in Slovakia, previously worked as Operations Manager at the Four Star Wentbridge House Hotel in Yorkshire.
He will be responsible for managing all the food and beverage outlets throughout the hotel to ensure L’Horizon is delivering one of the very best guest experiences on the island. He’ll be working alongside Executive Head Chef Andrew Soddy, keeping abreast of trends in the food industry and implementing new menus in the hotel as well as helping to develop his fellow team members through coaching and training.
Tomas told Channel Eye: “I’m committed to ensuring our whole food and beverage offering, from first thing in the morning until our guests’ last experience at night, is second to none. No two days are the same and I love the interaction with guests and creating a close bond with my team and other departments.”
