Independent fund and corporate services provider, the Aztec Group, has promoted 62 employees in the Channel Islands, including 12 to Director and Associate Director positions.
In Jersey, Reshentha Beeby is promoted to Private Equity Director. She will continue to nurture and manage the Group’s relationship with a number of cornerstone clients, in addition to supporting with the development of its private equity offering and client base in the European mid-market sector.
Also promoted to Private Equity Director in Jersey is Karen McSorley. She will lead an 80-strong team based in Jersey dedicated to managing the administration requirements of one of Europe’s largest fund managers. The Private Equity team in Jersey has also been bolstered by the appointment of Glenn Boddie to Associate Director.
In the Jersey Private Debt team, Richard Phillips is promoted to Director. Since joining the Group in 2016, he has been instrumental in developing its private debt operating platform and specialist team. As Director, Richard will play a leading role in shaping and delivering the Group’s private debt strategy, in addition to overseeing client relationship management activities across the private debt client base in Jersey. In the same team, Sasha Ali has been promoted to Associate Director.
In other areas of the Jersey office, Kristin Holmes is now Group Head of Legal and will continue to manage all aspects of law and regulation across the Group’s operations. Daryl Pilcher is Associate Director of Corporate Services and Tom Richardson is promoted to Associate Director of Transformation.
In Guernsey, Matt Chick is promoted to Private Equity Director. He will assume leadership responsibilities of core private equity operations and relationship management and client development activities in Guernsey. The Guernsey Real Assets team is further strengthened with the promotion of Cassie Gibbons to Associate Director.
