Jersey property investment and development company Le Masurier has appointed a new Head of Group Property, Mr Gavin Booth MBE.
Gavin will join Le Masurier on 2nd August 2021. He has a wide-ranging property career spanning almost 25 years, which include appointments with JLL and GE Capital Real Estate. In his previous role, he was an Investment Director working in a private multi-family office.
Brian McCarthy, Group Managing Director said: “Gavin will be a tremendous addition to the team. He will drive our ambitious investment and development strategies in Jersey, the United Kingdom and throughout continental Europe”.
Le Masurier are completing the Merchants Square site in Bath Street. The regeneration includes a new 122-bedroom Premier Inn, 149 residential apartments, a new restaurant and bar, commercial units, and a new public pedestrianised route, recently named Moneypenny Lane by Charlotte Woodman, linking the Millennium Town Park to the Library and on to the Central Market. This new lane will provide more green space in St Helier with planting, al fresco dining and residential rooftop terracing.
