VisitGuernsey has reported that, following an assessment against The Guernsey Guest Dining Awards, La Fregate Hotel and Restaurant has achieved a gold award with a score of 100%.
This is the first time an establishment on Guernsey has achieved a score of 100% and only the second time this score has been achieved anywhere across Britain.
Quality in Tourism Director, Deborah Heather described La Fregate’s dining experience as “Simply Perfect.”
Simon Dufty, General Manager of La Fregate Hotel and Restaurant said: “We are delighted to retain our Gold Accolade for the hotel along with the Breakfast award and the Gold Guest Dining award. This is only possible with the focus, determination and hard work of the team.”
A VisitGuernsey representative said: “With over 200 restaurants and café’s to choose from visitors are spoilt for choice with the breadth and quality of the culinary offering in Guernsey. These awards recognise the importance of the dining experience and the great commitment the establishments have to quality and service.”
