Kylie Young has joined Voisin Law LLP in the position of Head of Probate.
Kylie brings with her a wealth of experience, having been involved as a probate professional in Jersey for over 20 years. In this time Kylie has focused on both domestic and international clients, managing the testamentary and successional affairs of Jersey-based assets.
Previously Kylie has acted as the Probate and Wills manager of two large law firms based in Jersey, advising on all areas of Jersey Probate including the preparation of wills and codicils. Kylie also has experience of working alongside dispute resolution lawyers on contentious matters.
In her new role Kylie will be working closely with the Private Client team, engaging her wide expertise, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and other capacity-based matters.
