Kroll, an independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, has appointed Sam Mahoney as Director, Regulatory.
Sam (pictured) has worked in the Guernsey financial services industry for more than 15 years, beginning in fund administration and then primarily in regulatory compliance and AML roles. More recently, he was head of compliance for a large funds, trust and company administrator before becoming a consultant, where he provided advisory services, developed risk assessment tools and worked with firms to remedy Risk Mitigation Programmes, assigned by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
