2023 was a good year for promotions at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies. Across the islands, there were a total of 71 senior promotions announced by the firm over the last 12 months.
As well as 10 promotions to Partner and/or Director throughout the year, the remainder of the promotions were across Senior Manager, Manager & Associate Manager grades across all areas of the firms business within the Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man offices.
KPMG in the Crown Dependencies is experiencing growth after the successful merger of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man firms. This is also being enhanced by working more closely with colleagues across the KPMG Islands Group (which the Crown Dependencies firm is part of) on cross-border engagements. The firm now has more than 550 employees across the three Crown Dependency offices.
Neale Jehan, Senior Partner at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, commented: “I would like to congratulate all my colleagues who have been promoted this year.
“We actively invest in the development and career progression of our people and it is personally very rewarding to see so many colleagues being promoted and continuing to develop and progress at KPMG. Their promotion is a result of their hard work, a desire to continually learn and seek out new experiences and they are the future of the firm.”
