KPMG in the Crown Dependencies has announced the promotion of Paul Beale to Tax Partner in Guernsey.
Paul’s new position took effect from the beginning of April, and this promotion reflects his impressive track record and extensive expertise contributing to significant growth in recent years.
Paul (pictured) joined the Tax team in Guernsey in 2015 and he was promoted to Director in 2019. Since then, he has led the Crown Dependencies Family Office and Private Client teams and, in that role, has been instrumental in driving the development and delivery of new tax products to that market in the Crown Dependencies. Paul will continue to lead that team as Partner and take on a wider leadership role in the Guernsey office.
Paul is widely recognised in the market for providing strategic insights and innovative solutions to his clients, navigating the ever-complex tax landscape. His deep understanding of local and international tax and his dedication to client service, means he is a trusted advisor for clients.
Tony Mancini, Head of Tax at KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, said: “Paul’s promotion is a result of the huge efforts he has put into developing our team in Guernsey and the wider Crown Dependencies. That in turn has driven our significant growth over the last few years. I look forward to him continuing to deploy his passion and enthusiasm to help our clients and develop our people.”
Paul expressed his delight in the promotion: “I’m very proud of myself and to have the support of the other partners, particularly Tony, who have given me an amazing platform to develop since joining the firm. I feel extremely lucky to have such a great team across the islands, all of whom work so hard for each other and our clients, and make work so rewarding on a daily basis. I’m unbelievably excited for what the future holds and what we can all achieve together.”
