Kendrick Rose is expanding its team this autumn with the appointment of Donna Davidson.
Donna (pictured) takes on the joint role of Recruitment Consultant and Operations Manager – a new position focused on growing and administering the business as it enters its 14th year of executive recruitment in Jersey.
Shelley Kendrick, Managing Director, Kendrick Rose, said: “This is a unique position which uses Donna’s extensive experience both in Recruitment and Operations Management. Kendrick Rose has seen steady growth over the past few years and this new role will allow us to continue to provide clients and candidates with the highest levels of service, helping us connect more people in Jersey to brilliant jobs.”

Donna began her career in Finance, working with Lloyds Bank in the UK and HSBC in Jersey before moving into Recruitment in the mid-1990s, eventually running her own agency. For the past decade, Donna has worked in Education, as Operations Manager for a local private school with responsibility for HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance Operations, and Site Management.
