Kendrick Rose is delighted to announce Mark Hucker is joining the team as a Director, focused on finding talent for senior roles in Jersey.
Mark brings a unique insight to executive roles, having run businesses in the Fund Administration, Banking and Fiduciary sectors in the Channel Islands over the past 20 years. He will specialise in recruiting for senior roles, up to and including non-executive director positions, with the aim of matching exceptional candidates with the right organisations.
Mark said: “It is often a criticism of recruiters that they don’t understand the skills required to succeed in a senior or technical role and therefore cannot ensure they put forward the most appropriate candidate. My aim is to help bridge that gap and to achieve a win: win for the candidate and their new employer”.
Founded in Jersey in 2009, Kendrick Rose finds talent for organisations across Financial Services, legal, accountancy, technology, IT, and commercial sectors.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), and a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). He will also be working with Shelley on the panel at Club NED, a new recruitment organisation for non-executive director positions in offshore jurisdictions.
