Julius Baer Guernsey has appointed Alex Rabey as its new Head of Change.
Alex (pictured) joins from PwC, where his area of expertise was the implementation of technology to help businesses work smarter and grow faster. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Praxis IFM, focusing on accountancy before finding his passion in technology, systems and data. His ambition is to showcase Julius Baer leading the way in technology and digitisation, through upskilling its teams, continuing to grow the business and improve client experience.
Alexandra McInnes, Head of Julius Baer Guernsey, said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Julius Baer and Alex is a great addition to the branch in this new role; his experience in technology and data analysis makes him the perfect fit.
