Sonia Kirk-Hamon has been appointed as the new Head of Booking Centre in the local Julius Baer branch.
With over 27 years of experience in the private banking sector, Sonia (pictured) brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of delivering superior service to clients. After working at ABN-AMRO for 12 years, Sonia began working at Julius Baer in 2012, where she has been since.
As Head of Booking Centre, Sonia will lead a team of over 20 Cross Unit Relationship Managers, overseeing the servicing of clients booked in Guernsey. Her responsibilities include collaborating with internal Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client experiences, optimising processes through technology integration, and providing oversight of business operations and outsourcing.
On her appointment, Sonia said: “I am honoured to take on the role of Head of Booking Centre. My focus will be on delivering superior private banking service to our clients and stakeholders by streamlining processes and investing in our team. I am excited to contribute to the growth and success of Julius Baer as we work towards achieving our ambitious targets.”
