Julius Baer has appointed Sam Holland as its new Head of Legal in Guernsey to strengthen legal expertise and governance on the ground.
The appointment underscores the bank’s ongoing commitment to regulatory, and compliance related matters. Mr Holland (pictured) will oversee the bank’s legal affairs, providing strategic guidance and expertise to support the local business.
Mr Holland joins from Utmost Worldwide. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and worked in a variety of national and international law firms in the UK before moving back to Guernsey in 2018. Mr Holland will be responsible for working closely with Julius Baer’s operations in the UK and Switzerland.
