London Stock Exchange-listed private wealth, fund and corporate service provider JTC has announced two senior appointments within its Private Wealth Services division.
Rebecca Bettany joins as Senior Director to lead the day-to-day running of the newly-launched JTC Private Office, a global family office offering that describes itself as “a financial concierge for a new generation.”
Having spent most of her career in London working with ultra-high net worth families and clients, Rebecca left the family office she founded to return to Jersey and lead the day-to-day running of JTC Private Office.
Talking about her appointment, Rebecca said:
“Being given the mandate to establish JTC Private Office was a fantastic opportunity that I couldn’t let pass. JTC already has a reputation for innovation, differentiation and client service excellence, so to have such a key role in a new offering – one that builds on these characteristics and takes service to another level – is something special for me.”
Also joining JTC as a private client-focused Senior Director is Karen O’Hanlon. Relocating to Jersey from Asia, Karen comes to JTC with a distinguished background in the private client industry worldwide, where she has spent most of her career, including spells in Geneva and Singapore, working with multi-jurisdictional, multi-generational ultra-high net worth families and individuals.
On taking up her new position with JTC, Karen commented:
“JTC has a strong reputation for client service and I’ve watched from afar as this has helped it grow into what it is today. Throughout my career, service has been at the heart of everything I have practised; therefore to be able to join this outstanding JTC team and be part of JTC Private Office – an offering that epitomises service excellence – was a chance I was never going to turn down.”
