Joys has strengthened its wedding planning services through the acquisition of the Wedding Fairy.
Director Emma Joy confirmed it will run as a sister company to Joys, which already provides wedding planning services, as well as corporate event management, webcasting and live stream services and virtual events.
“We are very pleased to reassure our clients that there’ll be a seamless transition – there’ll be no obvious changes and it will run in exactly the same way as it did before, to the same high standard. The Wedding Fairy will operate as a Sister company to Joys,” she says.
“We’re very excited about the acquisition. Joys has been helping couples plan their wedding for a number of years and our large, dedicated team are extremely capable of helping couples achieve their dream wedding, whether they’re planning a large-scale event for dozens of guests or something more intimate.
“We can assist at any stage of the planning process, whether that’s to discuss and help couples navigate their way through all of the available options or simply by providing elements such as table-scaping, chair sashes and other decorative elements.
“At the other end of the scale, we can take on the organisation of the wedding wholesale to really take the stress out of the day so all the happy couple needs to concentrate on is getting married.”
Emma says Joys is looking forward to a busy 2021 of weddings but has limited availability for couples looking to tie the knot next year.
“We have a few dates left for weddings now, but not many. And we do still have one or two available for this year for couples who want to marry before the end of the year.”
In addition to its acquisition of all the wedding bookings, Joys have also taken on all the corporate bookings as well.
“This means that we’re adding to our suite of products, providing Christmas and summer parties for local companies. It’s something we’ve already been doing for a number of years and we’ve already received a string of enquiries from companies who want to say goodbye to 2020 with a Christmas party to remember.”
