Resilience Development Company has announced it has been confirmed as the Silver winner of the ‘External Learning Solution of the Year Award’ at the 2020 Learning and Performance Institute’s (LPI) Global Learning Awards.
This recognition for the Jersey-based company is a particularly significant achievement, as this year LPI saw a record number of entries from over 50 countries around the world being submitted.
The ‘External Learning Solution of the Year Award’ is presented to a learning provider that is innovative in concept and produces demonstrable performance improvement and business impact as well as evidence of value for money.
As part of the decision-making process, Resilience Development Company were one of seven shortlisted finalists who were asked to deliver a detailed presentation on process and outcomes to a panel of industry judges.
When announcing the results of this highly competitive category, the judges described Resilience Development Company’s submission as ‘insightful and emotive’ and were impressed, given the size of the organisation, as to its ‘innovative and impactful solutions’, which had transformed learning initiatives for clients from FTSE 100 companies, Government, Emergency Services, NHS Trusts, Education and the wider community.

The ceremony, which took place at the London Mayfair Hilton Hotel, was attended by global industry professionals from across the Learning and Development community, who joined finalists to recognise and celebrate programmes that are relevant, innovative and evidence best practice in today’s workplace.
