The BDO Group in Jersey has announced their involvement in the creation of the Jersey Employer Group’s Cultural Diversity Map, launched on the Government of Jersey website recently.
BDO’s multi-disciplinary team have supported the Jersey Employer Group at various stages of the project to develop a diversity map of Jersey. The ethos behind the project is to celebrate the cultural diversity of our island. It also allows individuals to show the roles they play in their parishes and community and how this benefits us as a group.
From the Data and AI team, the User Experience team and the HR team to the Transformation and Change team, BDO has been involved in bringing the map to life. Coinciding with the United Nation’s World Cultural Day for Diversity, the map has been launched on the Government of Jersey’s website and is now available for people to interact with.
Julie Kloeckner, Senior HR Manager at C5 Alliance, part of the BDO Group in Jersey, said: “We are delighted to support the Jersey Employer Group on this project. We are excited to see the stories about our community’s heritage and to see the diversity of our Island. The survey takes no more than a few minutes, so please get involved if you are over the age of 18.”
