Consultancy firm Elixirr has hired the team of Jersey-based firm, KIT Consulting.
KIT’s Founder and CEO Emiko Caerlewy-Smith will join as a partner, bringing with her the expertise of Jane Flemmer and Amy King who will join Elixirr as Principal and Manager, respectively.
Elixirr said that Emiko’s appointment to the partner team not only broadens their ESG and financial services expertise, but also expands their presence in Jersey as she joins Elixirr Partner Matt Gorman. “Now, with the inception of Elixirr Consulting (Jersey) Limited, which will become a direct subsidiary of Elixirr International plc, we will be able to grow new and existing relationships with clients based in the Channel Islands, other offshore finance centres and across the globe.”
With 20 years of financial services and consulting experience, Emiko has held a number of senior roles in organisations including Lloyds Banking Group and PwC. Most recently, as Channel Islands COO of Barclays, her broad remit gave her responsibility for strategy, innovation, change, transformation, risk and governance. In 2018, Emiko left Barclays and returned to her consulting roots, setting up KIT, a purpose-led consulting firm.
Since foundation, the team at KIT have worked with financial services clients to embed ESG into the heart of business strategy and operations. Harnessing sustainability as a core business management tool, KIT’s clients are now capitalising on the opportunity for sustainability-led innovation and transformation, while striving for positive environmental and social impact.
